Bargain Carpets & Floors uses an extraction-based cleaning method to remove stains and general ware patterns due to soiling. We use a safe nontoxic chemical to release the build up and remove it. Dry time averages 2-4 hours and leaves the carpet looking and smelling fresh.
Commercial tile or VCT needs to be waxed every six months and should be striped and refinished at least every eighteen months. Bargain Carpets & Floors can do this because we know you don’t have time to. We offer this service, because most people today have never waxed a floor and just don’t know how much work it actually is to make it look good. Houston Hardwood Floor Refinishing & Sanding Services
Sanding and refinishing of hardwood floors is also available. In general you may refinish any floor that has at least 1/4" of wood left in the ware layer. This is determined by looking at the edge of the flooring wherever it is accessible. Once the time comes, we will sand off the current stain and urethane. Then we will do a test stain of the color you desire to ensure that the result will be the one you want. Last, we stain the entire floor and finish it with your choice of glossy or satin urethane.
