The Boles Home in Sealy, Texas
This house was the couple’s dream home that they found on a lot that the owners were going to tear down. They purchased the house and moved it to down town Sealy, Texas and have completely renovated it from top to bottom. Bargain Carpets and Floors were chosen to replace, refinish and renew the flooring throughout the home.
The wood floors were all original, except for the pine. Bargain Carpets and Floors refinished the existing Oak floors; sanding, adding a stained finish and added reclaimed 200 year old Heart Pine.
The smaller bathroom was done with custom made tile (Dal-Tile) from specs we determined from a picture they brought us.
The kitchen was done in a classic black and white checker board pattern (Dal-Tile) with the back splash done in white glass brick tile (Dal-Tile Glass) that we put in with absolute black granite inserts every so often.
The stair case was refinished and then a Milliken stair runner was placed in the middle. On the landings we used broad, loom matching wall to wall carpet.
Finally, the media room was done in Berber frieze (Beaulieu Ultimate Home) that has the ability to be cleaned with a bleach/water solution for tough stains.
