To provide floor covering products at a value for customer in addition to insuring quality installations of those products. To deliver choices, maintenance information and longevity expectations for every floor represented to support an informed clientele.
2007 marks thirty-five years Bargain Carpets & Floors, a member of the Better Business Bureau, has been providing residential and commercial floor covering for Houston customers. Ownership and the addition of Floors to the name changed January 1, 2001.

Cecil Morgenroth
Present owner comes from a background of sales & marketing for all product categories of floor covering manufacturers representing many major national and international companies, including: Reader Wholesale Distributor, Queen Carpet, Columbus Carpets, Slaughter Distributing, LD Brinkman, National Sales Manager Faus Floors. Combining sales and marketing skills with retail floor covering experience has insured Bargain Carpets & Floors continued success. Pray for his ongoing insanity.
Zachary Daniel
Zach's background in telecommunications, sales, and drafting has served him well in working at Bargain Carpets & Floors. He has quickly learned the sub floor applications for each product, product knowledge from countless hours of instruction from vendor's sales representatives, and actual installation of each product. He bases his sales technique on two key points:
- "I will never get rich on any one sale however large or small. However I will get rich if consumers keep coming back to me over the years."
- "It is possible for everyone involved in the sale to be happy".
